Castflow Valves is a specialized manufacturer of check valves.
Founded in 2003, our team brings years of expertise in the design and production of industrial valves.
Our manufacturing is focused on non-return check valves: Ball check, dual plate, silent check valves and foot valves.
We offer a wide range of valve sizes, from DN25 (1") to DN1800 (72"), with pressure ratings from PN6 to PN100 and ANSI 150# to 600#. Our designs comply with international standards.
Valves can be cast in various materials including cast iron, carbon steel, stainless steel, super duplex, and other special exotic alloys.
All product development is carried out in-house by our engineering department.
We use the latest versions of AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Flow 3D Hydro for design and flow simulations.
Castflow has been a key player in numerous major desalination projects worldwide. Additionally, we are trusted suppliers for leading OEMs who have relied on our technical expertise and product quality for many years.
Choosing the right non-return check valve is essential for efficient and reliable pumping systems. Factors such as application type, pressure drop, water hammer effects, energy consumption, and initial cost should be considered. While these factors may be less critical in smaller systems, they can significantly impact energy efficiency and performance in larger installations.
